Texas Stage Rental is owned by our parent company, In Depth Events. Since our parent company has their own in-house wood and metal shops, we can provide you with custom stages that other stage rental companies cannot. Safety is our top priority here at Texas Stage Rental and we want you to feel confident that your stage will meet all safety requirements and fire codes.

In Depth Events was co-founded by Robert Chapman and Matthew Spencer after spending over 25 years in the industry. They have created a full-service production company that also handles event management and event marketing. This allows them to provide their clients with all the tools needed for their event. In Depth Events does stage and riser rental along with providing audio, lighting, video, and special effects for live events. If you are seeking further help with planning or marketing your event In Depth Events also provides Event Planning Services and Social Media Strategy Services. Our company is dedicated to helping clients create an outstanding event from start to finish.

After about 10 years of working together Robert and Matt realized that together they would be able to create a company that would excel in the event production industry. With the professional and passionate staff working alongside them they continue to gain new clients and exciting projects.
