How far in advance should I book a rental stage for my event?

It’s recommended to book your stage as soon as possible to secure availability. Popular event dates tend to fill up quickly, so the earlier you book, the better. Reach out to our team, and we’ll work with you to find the perfect stage for your event.

What different sizes do rental stages come in?

Our stages come in various sizes to accommodate different event setups. We offer stages in dimensions ranging from small platforms to large concert rooftops. Let us know your specific needs, and we’ll provide you with the appropriate stage dimensions.

What is a rooftop or a covered stage, and why do I need one?

There are multiple types of covered stages for outdoor events.  Shade roofs provide weather and sun protection for your talent.  Motorized rooftops also provide weather protection, but also allow lighting and audio equipment to be “flown”.  A mobile stage allows for weather protection and the ability to hang equipment, while also allowing faster setup and take down.

How can I design a custom stage for my corporate event?

At Texas Stage Rental, we use CAD software to work with the client on custom stage design.  Once layout is approved, we work with the client on different surface types such as high gloss marlite, marley (for dance stages), printed stage surfaces, or carpeting.

How much does a rental stage cost?

At Texas Stage Rental, we have a $5000 minimum on any stage order we do.  This minimum will cover a 24’x16′ stage, and includes delivery, setup, takedown, and step units, handrails, and skirting.

What are ADA ramps, and why are they important for event accessibility?

ADA ramps, also known as wheelchair ramps, are designed to provide easy access to stages and equipment for individuals with disabilities or mobility aids. They play a crucial role in promoting inclusivity and complying with ADA guidelines for equal opportunity and accessibility in event spaces.

What configurations are available for ADA ramps in rental and staging applications?

ADA ramps come in various configurations, including straight ramps, straight ramps with landings, switchbacks, and 90-degree turns. These versatile solutions cater to different event setups and space limitations, ensuring that all attendees have safe and accessible access to the stage.

Are ADA ramps only for people, or can they also be used for equipment?

ADA ramps are not just for people; they are also used for getting equipment on and off stages. They offer a safe and efficient solution for transporting heavy equipment onto the stage, ensuring that the event runs smoothly and efficiently.

What are audience seating risers, and how can they enhance my event?

Audience seating risers (also known as VIP risers) are elevated platforms designed to provide organized and comfortable seating arrangements for event attendees. They can improve the visibility of the stage, maximize seating capacity, and create a streamlined and engaging event experience.

Can audience seating risers be customized to match the event theme or branding?

Absolutely! Audience seating risers can be customized to match your event theme or branding. Seating options, charging ports, flooring options, as well as audio/visual options can all be integrated and branded for seating risers or VIP platforms.  From customizable backdrops to personalized banners, we can work with you to create a seating arrangement that reflects your vision.

What is the difference between audience seating risers and VIP risers at special events?

Audience seating risers, VIP risers, seating platforms, and many times, tent flooring, are all the same thing under different names.  These risers can be multilevel structures with custom seating or carpet for concerts and corporate events; they can be elevated seating for viewing concerts or tradeshow in a VIP area; or they can be a subfloor for a tent that is placed at a large sporting event or festival, offering specialty seating with elevated food or beverage service.  The options are endless!
